🛑 Server Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to Frostline Institute’s community! To keep this space safe, fun, and welcoming for everyone, please follow these rules at all times.

🤝 Respect & Behavior

• Be respectful to everyone, including staff and allies.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• Constructive criticism is welcome if delivered respectfully.

Respect Toward All Communities

• Treat all individuals and communities with respect. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Furries
  • LGBTQ+ members
  • Trans members
  • And any other groups/identities.
• Disrespectful behavior such as harassment, slurs, derogatory remarks, targeted jokes, or demeaning commentary based on someone’s identity, interests, or community affiliation is not allowed.
• Violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or removal from the server depending on severity.

🚫 Prohibited Content

• Absolutely no pornography (especially involving minors) — violations will be reported to Discord.
• No NSFW/explicit content of any kind, including music with inappropriate background sounds.
• Cult-related or extremist content/memes are strictly forbidden.

🔐 Safety & Privacy

• IP leaking, scamming, and any form of pedophilia = immediate ban + report.
• Do not announce personal/private activities (e.g., “going to the bathroom”).

🎵 Voice & Music Etiquette

• Music must be appropriate for all members — avoid explicit tracks.
• Use music/voice channels responsibly.

🎫 Tickets

• Open tickets only for legitimate reasons — no trolling or “for fun” tickets.

📢 Pinging & Reports

• Do NOT ping staff or roles unnecessarily.
• If you see Someone breaking rules, report to @noobingout1 or @lyncie.
• If the Owner is unavailable, report violations to any higher rank or authority like @Supervisor or @Community manager.

💼 Affiliate Requirements

• We only accept alliance requests from groups with 25+ members that can either be discord or roblox or Gilded.
• Groups involved in drama or using stolen assets will be denied!.

📢 Reaction & emoji spam / GIF & image spam

• Please do not flood the channels or reactions with a bunch of random emojis / whatever mentioned above go crazy in #👆spam-room.

⚠️ Warnings

• Up to 3 warnings for minor infractions = 2-day mute.

🔨 Temporary Bans

• Ban durations increase with repeated offenses.

🚫 Permanent Bans

• For persistent or severe rule-breaking. Appeals may be considered.

🛑 Blacklists

• Continuous drama or major disruptions may result in blacklisting.

📜 Legal Notice

• Use of Frostline Institute’s server assets without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
